MANAGEMENT
Operating
the Nagoya Oceans Futsal School
-
School Operations
We consider the concept of the venue, decide on a class composition that matches customer needs and the concept, attract customers, and hold lessons. Then we decide the annual schedule, secure the court to be used, and prepare the equipment necessary for lessons. After the class starts, it is necessary to communicate with students and parents to increase customer satisfaction. During school holidays, short-term schools and events are held, which can generate revenue other than regular sales and provide an opportunity to acquire new members.
-
Selected team management
Team activities require management content different from that of a normal school, as they are part of creating opportunities for further growth for highly motivated students and branding the school. We do selection (qualifying meets) for selecting players, strengthening plans, procedures for participating in external teams and tournaments, preparation for away games, team management, etc.
-
Training Camps
During school holidays, we hold training camps (futsal camps) to improve customer satisfaction while generating revenue in addition to regular sales. The main steps are to decide on a concept, secure accommodation, secure an activity venue, decide on a program, advertise and attract customers, collect money, arrange transportation, secure staff, etc. Depending on the quality of the content, it is a plan that often leads to repeat customers. It is a measure to increase sales from existing customers, and is a large-scale event held three times a year.
By holding events in collaboration with companies and schools,
you can
contribute to the local community!
